Cancelation & Refund Policy

Lux Spa Network is committed to supporting both our clients and our licensed wellness providers. This policy ensures fair protection for all parties while maintaining the integrity of our in-home service platform.

1. Client Cancellations

✅ Cancel up to 24 hours in advance:

Clients may cancel an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable platform fee.

❌ Less than 24 hours notice:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. This includes no-shows or unavailability at the appointment location.

⏱ Same-day bookings:

Appointments booked with less than 24 hours’ notice are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Provider Cancellations

If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking:

  • The client will receive a full refund, including service and platform fees, or can choose to reschedule with another provider.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations by providers may result in temporary suspension or removal from the Lux Spa Network.

3. Disputes & Service Concerns

If you feel your service was not delivered as promised:

  • You must submit a formal dispute within 24 hours of completion.

  • Include detailed feedback, and if possible, attach photos or supporting information.

  • We’ll review the case and may issue a partial or full refund, credit, or offer rescheduling—at our discretion.

⚠️ Note: Dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund if the service was completed as agreed.

4. No Refunds After Completion

Once a provider marks the service as completed, and 24 hours pass without a dispute from the client, the service is considered closed. No refunds will be issued after this period.

5. Platform Fees

Our booking and platform fees are non-refundable, even if the service is cancelled within the allowed time frame.

6. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In rare or emergency situations, we may offer:

  • A credit

  • A free reschedule

  • Or an exceptional refund (documentation may be required)

These are reviewed case-by-case by Lux Spa Network support.
